  1. 土豆去皮切片,放入盘中上锅蒸熟。



  1. 到入盆中,加入白糖,压成细腻的土豆泥



  1. 打入鸡蛋,加入酵母,搅拌均匀。



  1. 加入面粉,搅拌成絮状。根据自己家的情况,看看面粉的干湿度,适量加入温水。



  1. 下手揉成团,移至案板揉搓均匀。



  1. 扣上盆发酵至1.5倍大,揉搓排气。



  1. 搓成长条状,分成大小均等的十二个小面剂。

  1. 挨个揉圆,擀开,厚度为1厘米左右↔️
