作为一名福建人,对油饼是真爱,就是年纪大了怕上火,一个月也难得吃一次
用料
大米
125g
黄豆
37克
花生
25克
蒜头
1小粒
生姜
2小片
葱花
适量
盐巴
适量
自制油饼的做法
- 将黄豆,大米,花生加水浸泡两小时以上。
- 浸泡好的材料加入蒜头一小粒,生姜2小片,适量盐放进破壁机(料理机都行)磨成浆,注意水的份量刚好没过食材即可
- 倒出磨好的浆,静置两小时后加入葱花(也可以直接使用,我是觉得这样放了几个小时后效果更佳,天热的话记得放冰箱保鲜层)
- 热锅炸油饼,沥油
- 可以吃了,味道真的很好,孩子们说比店铺买的还好吃
