酸汤石斑鱼的做法

1. 斑鱼杀好，取出肉切片，鱼骨鱼头切块，洗干净备用。

1. 拍一些姜，泡水出味。

1. 用少许胡椒粉，一点蛋清，少许盐，抓拌腌制5分钟，鱼骨同样方法腌制。

1. 加入少许生粉，抓拌均匀

1. 鱼骨同上

1. 下入一包酸汤（买的家乐酸汤），加入开水煮开。

1. 下入鱼骨，煮大概4分钟。

1. 莴笋丝可以提前切好，抄一下水，水开2分钟即可。

1. 先捞起鱼骨，放到笋丝上面。

1. 继续煮鱼肉，滚1分钟即可，鱼肉很容易熟。

1. 捞起，撒上香菜即可。
