猛然想起很多年以前连续吃过好几个月..
最后那个卖烧饼的都以为我是看上他了..
没错.我确实是看上了他的烤炉..(翻白眼)

用料

梅干菜猪肉烧饼的做法

  1. 梅干菜.洗几遍.然后用水泡发.可以尝看看梅干菜咸不咸.如果咸的话.后门拌馅可以少放一点盐!



  1. 面粉放入面包机.先预留一点点水出来.不够再加.然后开启面包机揉面程序.揉好后包上保鲜膜或保鲜袋醒半小时以上!如果没有面包机的.就手揉吧..面团不能太硬!



  1. 猪肉切小块.用绞肉机绞碎.我觉得不要太碎.带颗粒的比较好!然后放一点盐.白胡椒粉.搅拌均匀.放旁边备用..



  1. 梅干菜泡好后.挤掉水分.切碎..葱切碎..放入肉上!然后根据梅干菜咸不咸来加盐.放白糖.白糖可以放多一点点.比较好吃.生抽.芝麻油.搅拌均匀!



  1. 拌匀后.放一旁备用



  1. 把醒好的面团.分成50克左右的面团.方子里的可以做9个!



  1. 用擀面杖擀成圆饼.

  1. 像包包子一样又不能跟包包子一样的捏紧.捏紧时候少捏一些.只要捏紧就可以.面捏多了最后饼中间这个地方会有一团面..



  1. 然后收口朝下..



  1. 轻轻压扁一些.然后用擀面杖轻轻的擀开了..哈哈哈哈.不要在意形状.因为馅多.肉比较颗粒.老不能擀圆了..(一本正经的狡辩脸)



  1. 然后撒一些白芝麻.用擀面杖再擀二下.让芝麻黏紧咯!然后再刷一层薄油!



  1. 平底锅.最小火.把饼放入..有芝麻的那面朝下.全程最小火!



  1. 一面上色后.翻另一面!



  1. 然后破的不多.
    是会鼓起来的.
    很好玩!
