豆芽韭菜炒千张的做法
- 起锅油热下五花肉煸炒出油脂
- 加入葱、蒜、小米椒、料酒、和一点点老抽上色→炒香
- 倒入豆芽→炒断生
- 然后将焯过水的千张(豆皮)下锅翻炒
