- 将多力压榨玉米油和牛奶倒入碗中。
- 充分搅拌至完全乳化。

- 打发至中性发泡的状态即可。
- 取三分一打发好的蛋白霜加入蛋黄糊中,快速翻拌均匀。
- 蛋黄糊拌匀后倒入剩余的蛋白霜中。
- 继续翻拌均匀即可。
- 将拌好的蛋糕糊倒入烤盘中刮平。

- 轻震几下把蛋糕糊里的气泡震出,再把烤盘送入预热好的烤箱中上层上下火150度烤35分钟左右即可。
- 蛋糕烤好取出轻要几下烤盘散出热气。
- 稍稍晾凉后撕掉油布切成两半。
- 在蛋糕的表面再抹上一层蓝莓酱抹匀即可。
- 将另一半蛋糕重叠盖上后切去边缘。
- 好吃的香妃蓝莓夹心蛋糕就做好啦。

1:烤箱温度只做参考实际根据自家烤箱的温度进行调整。
2:烘烤时长约30-35分钟左右烤至表面金黄即可。
