  1. 将多力压榨玉米油和牛奶倒入碗中。



  1. 充分搅拌至完全乳化。

  1. 打发至中性发泡的状态即可。



  1. 取三分一打发好的蛋白霜加入蛋黄糊中,快速翻拌均匀。



  1. 蛋黄糊拌匀后倒入剩余的蛋白霜中。



  1. 继续翻拌均匀即可。



  1. 将拌好的蛋糕糊倒入烤盘中刮平。



  1. 裱花袋中装入沙拉酱,挤入蛋糕糊表面挤成方格形状。



  1. 最后撒上适量椰蓉即可。



  1. 轻震几下把蛋糕糊里的气泡震出,再把烤盘送入预热好的烤箱中上层上下火150度烤35分钟左右即可。



  1. 蛋糕烤好取出轻要几下烤盘散出热气。



  1. 稍稍晾凉后撕掉油布切成两半。



  1. 在蛋糕的表面再抹上一层蓝莓酱抹匀即可。



  1. 将另一半蛋糕重叠盖上后切去边缘。



  1. 好吃的香妃蓝莓夹心蛋糕就做好啦。



小贴士

1:烤箱温度只做参考实际根据自家烤箱的温度进行调整。
2:烘烤时长约30-35分钟左右烤至表面金黄即可。
