蒸榆钱杂粮馍馍❗️榆钱窝头,春天的味道的做法

  1. 榆钱清洗干净控水,玉米面和白面粉比例1:1



  1. 榆钱中加入面粉,盐,酵母,五香粉



  1. 搅拌均匀,边加水边搅拌



  1. 和成一个软硬适中的面团,放在温暖处发酵30-40分钟



  1. 面团排气,团成圆形,放在蒸馒头纸上



  1. 水开后上火蒸20分钟

小贴士

1.面粉和水量根据榆钱的多少看情况往里面加
2.我做这个是放酵母的,可以改善口感,不需要像馒头一样发酵时间长,半发状态就可以
3.也可以不用酵母,蒸出来像窝头,比较硬那种,口感不一样。
