自制香辣酱的做法

1. 冷油下入各种香料，葱姜蒜，花椒大料桂皮，香叶八角，麻椒，圆葱，芹菜，胡萝卜。小火慢慢炸出香味后，捞出香料留下油。

1. 下入郫县豆瓣酱少许，黄豆酱和花生碎。花生碎多少随意，按自己的口味来放。

1. 小火慢慢翻炒一会。

1. 再放入熟芝麻，多少也是按自己的口味来放。

1. 再继续翻炒一会，这时候酱里面的水汽已经蒸发得差不多了。

1. 最后倒入辣椒粉半碗，喜欢辣的就多放一点也行。

1. 继续翻炒至水分越来越少，出锅前放少许松茸鲜。

1. 红油慢慢渗出来就可以出锅了。
