- 鸡翅洗净划两刀,水中泡一会,去除血水,沥干水分,加一勺料酒、少许白胡椒粉、少许食盐,抓匀腌制十分钟。

- 放鸡翅、冰糖翻炒均匀
- 加两勺蒸鱼豉油、少许老抽,
- 翻炒上色
- 将鸡翅和汤汁摆放到盘子中
