用了3年的万能甜面团!脆皮肠面包!的做法
- 首先准备好所需食材
桶中倒入除了黄油和盐以外的材料
- 慢速搅拌成团后转中高速揉面
- 揉至可以拉出厚膜
- 加入软化的黄油搅拌至黄油吸收,转中高速揉面
- 揉至可以拉出较薄的手套膜
- 面团送入发酵箱28度发酵至2倍大小
- 直接将面团分割成6个揉圆放入烤盘中松弛15分钟
- 取一个面团擀开
- 翻面,两边往中间折叠并捏紧
- 放入烤盘中
- 脆皮肠压入面团中按压紧实
- 送入发酵箱,36度发酵至2倍大,用手再次按压烤肠,表面刷一层蛋液
- 挤上一层沙拉酱和番茄酱
