用了3年的万能甜面团!脆皮肠面包!的做法

  1. 首先准备好所需食材
    桶中倒入除了黄油和盐以外的材料



  1. 慢速搅拌成团后转中高速揉面



  1. 揉至可以拉出厚膜



  1. 加入软化的黄油搅拌至黄油吸收,转中高速揉面



  1. 揉至可以拉出较薄的手套膜



  1. 面团送入发酵箱28度发酵至2倍大小



  1. 直接将面团分割成6个揉圆放入烤盘中松弛15分钟



  1. 取一个面团擀开



  1. 翻面,两边往中间折叠并捏紧



  1. 放入烤盘中



  1. 脆皮肠压入面团中按压紧实



  1. 送入发酵箱,36度发酵至2倍大,用手再次按压烤肠,表面刷一层蛋液



  1. 挤上一层沙拉酱和番茄酱
