香香酥脆的桃酥的做法

  1. 核桃去壳,入烤箱,180℃烤8分钟。
    晾凉后用刀切碎。



  1. 油、糖蛋加入盆中,“Z”字形用蛋抽搅散均匀。



  1. 这个程度就好。



  1. 剩余所有粉类加入另一个盆中,先拌均匀。



  1. 面粉过筛加入蛋液中。



  1. 加入切碎的核桃仁。



  1. 用硅胶铲拌至无干粉。



  1. 取30g的面团,揉成球。



  1. 中间按坑,压扁。



  1. 刷一层蛋液,撒点黑芝麻。

  1. 烤箱提前预热好,190℃ 20分钟。
    出炉!



小贴士

1. 烤香后的核桃仁要用刀切碎,不要用擀面杖干碎,核桃油会被压出来。吃起来不酥脆。
2. 面粉过筛前先与小苏打和泡打粉混合均匀,就不会因为小苏打聚在一起而有苦味。
3. 此方是18-19个的量,桃酥尺寸不大,一次吃一块刚好。
