椒盐蘑菇的正确做法❗️酥脆咸香不油腻的做法
- 准备蘑菇适量,鸡蛋一个,玉米淀粉50克,椒盐
- 蘑菇用水清洗干净,挤出水分,撕成长条备用,如图(不用撕太细)
- 玉米淀粉中加入一个鸡蛋,混合均匀,根据糊的粘稠度适当加一丁点水
放盐,白胡椒粉,一勺食用油混合- 如图,调制好的炸糊如流动性的酸奶状
- 把蘑菇放进去抓拌均匀
- 油温6-7成热放入蘑菇开始炸,一分钟后转中火,炸到两面发黄关火捞出来
- 这是炸好的蘑菇
- 再次开火,油温升到8-9成热再次放入蘑菇复炸30秒(用大火炸)
- 炸好的蘑菇放入1-2勺椒盐,翻拌均匀
- 酥脆咸香的椒盐蘑菇制作完成
