玉米淀粉

椒盐蘑菇的正确做法❗️酥脆咸香不油腻的做法

  1. 准备蘑菇适量,鸡蛋一个,玉米淀粉50克,椒盐
  2. 蘑菇用水清洗干净,挤出水分,撕成长条备用,如图(不用撕太细)



  1. 玉米淀粉中加入一个鸡蛋,混合均匀,根据糊的粘稠度适当加一丁点水




  1. 放盐,白胡椒粉,一勺食用油混合
  2. 如图,调制好的炸糊如流动性的酸奶状



  1. 把蘑菇放进去抓拌均匀



  1. 油温6-7成热放入蘑菇开始炸,一分钟后转中火,炸到两面发黄关火捞出来



  1. 这是炸好的蘑菇



  1. 再次开火,油温升到8-9成热再次放入蘑菇复炸30秒(用大火炸)



  1. 炸好的蘑菇放入1-2勺椒盐,翻拌均匀
  2. 酥脆咸香的椒盐蘑菇制作完成

小贴士

1.蘑菇清洗干净挤干水分再用
2.炸糊中最后加入一勺油可以降低鸡蛋穗飘的满锅都是渣渣
3.一定要进行复炸,采用中大火,这是酥脆的关键
4炸糊中盐不要放足,一点底盐就行,最后还要撒椒盐
