快手全麦三明治~水果沙拉便当❗️的做法
- 准备主要食材:全麦吐司,鸡蛋,生菜,午餐肉,紫甘蓝,千禧果,黄瓜,芒果,苹果,沙拉酱
- 锅中放少许油,午餐肉煎一下更香
- 鸡蛋两面煎熟,放盐,黑胡椒碎调味
- 吐司片上紫甘蓝,鸡蛋,午餐肉
- 再盖上一层吐司片,放生菜,午餐肉,挤芥末酱
- 盖上第三片吐司,用保鲜膜包起来
- 把三明治从中间切开,放入便当盒,加少许黄瓜片解腻
