鲜香爆汁༄「香菇猪肉饺子」༄的做法

1. 姜丝花椒放入碗中，加入热水浸泡二十分钟，猪肉沫放入盆中。

1. 打入鸡蛋，加入生抽、老抽、料酒、蚝油、盐鸡精、白胡椒粉、十三香，搅拌均匀。

1. 分三次加入泡好的生姜花椒水，每加入一次都朝着一个方向搅拌至水份完全被猪肉吸收，再加入下一次，直到全部加完，猪肉呈水润抱团状态。

1. 加入食用油和香油，搅拌均匀锁住水份，静置腌制十分钟入味。

1. 葱叶碎和胡萝卜碎。

1. 香菇去蒂洗净，剁碎。

1. 把胡萝卜和香菇，葱叶一起放入腌好的猪肉沫中，拌匀即可。
