【粉丝蒸蛋饺】
制作配料:粉丝1把 香菇6朵 蛋饺适量 鸡汤1碗
制作方法:
1、提前准备一把粉丝,把粉丝泡软,铺在盘子底部;
2、香菇洗净切成厚一点的片,焯水沥干水分,摆放在粉丝上面。最后的成品,这个香菇清淡了一点,可以把香菇提前加一些调料炒一下,口感会更好更入味儿;
3、再把提前做好的蛋饺铺上去;这个蛋饺是之前做的,我多做一点冷冻起来了,平常着急的时候,煮个面条或者做个蒸菜还是很方便的,小朋友也很喜欢吃蛋饺。

4、提前煲好的鸡汤加进去,因为粉丝需要汤汁这样蒸出来的粉丝吸饱了鸡汤味道更好!没有鸡汤其他的排骨汤蔬菜汤都可以替换。
5、水开上锅蒸8分钟就可以。这个不需要蒸久了,蒸久了粉丝口感没有韧劲,保持中小火蒸就可以,火太大的话,蛋饺热胀冷缩,外观就会受到影响!
6、出锅撒点葱叶装饰一下就可以。当然过年也可以给小朋友蒸这道菜,还是非常好吃的!简单营养,健康不上火!
7、这道菜最终的口感就是粉丝和香菇清淡了一些,主要是我的鸡汤盐淡了一点。如果想要色香味俱全,还是建议把香菇到锅里加调料煸炒一下,或者加个蒜蓉酱拌一拌也是可以的。这样一起蒸,粉丝和香菇味道也会更入味。那这道菜就更完美了!这里的香菇可以换成任意自己的菌菇!
