【鸡腿菇炒杂蔬】

制作配料:鸡腿菇4个 胡萝卜半个 青椒1个 木耳几朵 鸡蛋2个 大蒜2个 生抽2勺 盐1勺

制作方法:

1、准备我们今天所需要的食材;菌菇我家是每周必备的食材,可以换着种类来吃,菌菇搭配其他的一些蔬菜一起炒,口感丰富营养齐全,我配了木耳、胡萝卜、青椒,这三样食材都是平常我们所常见的,价格不贵,但是富含我们人体所需要的各种营养元素,常吃是没有问题的!



2、把鸡腿菇、胡萝卜、青椒切成菱形块;木耳提前泡发洗净;鸡腿菇和木耳还需要提前焯水一下;



3、热锅凉油,下入蒜片炒香,再把所有的配菜加进去翻炒均匀;如果想要青椒一点辣味也没有,青椒一起下锅炒;想要有点辣味,提前油炒一下;



4、开始给菜来调味:加入1勺加盐、2勺生抽,想要颜色深一点加点老抽上色,翻炒均匀,青椒和胡萝卜断生后加入提前炒好的鸡蛋碎;



5、大火翻炒均匀即可出锅;我们的鸡腿菇炒杂蔬就完成了!
