豆泡虾滑的做法
- 先来做个虾滑:
剥出虾仁,用到碾碎后再剁碎(这样做出的虾滑能吃到块状虾肉,口感比较好)
把上面所有的调料加入虾中,混合均匀
- 调制料汁:把上面所有的调料混合在一起就好啦
- 豆泡用剪刀开口
- 有裱花袋的话就用裱花袋把虾滑挤入豆泡中。
没有裱花袋就用筷子慢慢装进去
- 中小火煎,煎至虾滑表面定型
- 再加入调好的料汁
