- 首先准备好所需食材
先制作曲奇壳,黄油室温软化加入糖粉拌匀
- 分次加入全蛋液打发均匀
- 倒入低筋面粉拌匀
- 将面团分成12个
- 用手按压紧实
- 制作挞水部分,牛奶+炼乳+细砂糖搅拌均匀,倒入全蛋液搅拌均匀
- 过筛2次
- 将挞水倒入曲奇壳中
- 送入提前预热好的烤箱,上下火200度烘烤20分钟左右,每个人的烤箱不同,烘烤时间温度仅作为参考!
- 出炉后,放凉即可食用!
