芒果虾球的做法

  1. 买来的虾,去头去尾去壳后,给虾开背去虾线。开背的虾油炸的时候会卷起来,更像球。



  1. 在虾中加入适量料酒、盐、胡椒,再加入一个蛋黄,腌制15-20分钟。
  2. 腌制虾的时候准备切一下芒果,切成方块儿,边角料可以吃掉,或者留着拌进酱里;将洗净的黄瓜用擦丝器擦成薄片,卷起来备用。



  1. 调酱汁:3袋沙拉酱,加入适量芥末(根据自己吃辣的程度),没有芥末可以加蜂蜜芥末酱(试过,也挺好吃),再加入一些番茄酱调整一下颜色。
    沙拉酱我用的一袋是30g,丘比或亨氏的香甜沙拉酱。
  2. 开始准备炸虾:热锅,同时准备一些玉米淀粉,将虾完全裹上淀粉。
    锅热以后,放入锅中油炸至略微金黄;油温升高(一定要升高,不然浸油会很油腻)以后复炸半分钟捞出;不想复炸可以一次炸到金黄。
  3. 虾好的虾捞出,将准备的芒果拿出大部分,与虾一起放入酱汁中搅拌,完全裹上酱汁。

小贴士

虾是很容易熟的,别炸过了变柴了;
酱汁不要调淡了,会让菜变得逊色,既然吃油炸食物了也就不要计较热量了☺️
