- 把三种菌菇切成块状,油面筋一掰为二,用清水浸泡,大蒜去皮切片。
- 锅里热油,爆香蒜片,把三种菌菇倒入锅中煸炒至变色。
- 在锅里撒糖,倒生抽,再倒入一小碗水,大火煮开。
