解馋小菜 孜然杏鲍菇的做法
- 选两个大个头杏鲍菇,弄成丝。手撕也行,切也行。我直接用刨丝器,我多懒啊
把菇的水分用厨房纸吸干。
- 多倒点油,锅烧热下菇菇~
- 开中大火这一大锅感觉有点难煸,别担心一会就矮了。
- 菇真是爱出水啊……没事儿~把多余的水分倒出来。
- 就可以得到一碗菌菇高汤,可以留着用来煮别的东西香喷喷。
- 再往锅里倒点油,继续煸干。
- 干了,呈金黄色,焦点也没事好吃啊

- 把煸好的杏鲍菇铲出来,不铲也行我多懒啊直接扒到一边,用多余的油把切好的干椒爆香。然后和杏鲍菇混合翻炒。
- 现在可以加入调料们了,放适量盐,然后放生抽,最近发现这款徐宅酱油超鲜美也不会齁咸,得分
- 调好味之后,撒入孜然粉,爱吃就多撒,不爱就不撒。最后再撒一把熟白芝麻一起混匀就更香了
