一款非常简单又经典的西式浓汤,热乎乎的番茄浓汤+烤的酥脆的吐司面包=完美!

用料

食材:番茄2个+原味番茄酱100g,洋葱1/2个,蒜瓣2粒,橄榄油1勺,牛肉高汤400ml,盐|黑胡椒碎适量,干罗勒|欧芹碎|香菜碎少许(可选)。

【番茄浓汤】极简·经典西式浓汤的做法

  1. 尽量选熟透的番茄去皮切碎或者用勺子压碎(新鲜番茄,加小半勺盐、白糖杀出水分);洋葱、蒜瓣、香菜切碎。



  1. 锅里倒入适量橄榄油,下入洋葱和蒜末小火翻炒至透明状态(约2-3分钟)。



  1. 加入番茄碎和原味番茄酱翻炒出汁。



  1. 倒入高汤(或清水+1/2块浓汤宝),中小火煮15分钟以上至番茄软烂(如果番茄比较生可适当延长时间)。



  1. 加盐、黑胡椒碎调味,撒香草碎。

  1. 喜欢还可以加一勺酸奶。
