  1. 荔枝..去蒂..
    有个妹纸给我寄了家乡特产桂味荔枝.
    满满一大箱10多斤!
    荔枝不好保存.
    吃多又上火.
    赶紧做糖水罐头保存起来!



  1. 轻捏..
    会出现一条线.
    自然裂开的!
    我也是好多年前无意之中发现它是有线的!



  1. 然后荔枝会自然脱开.



  1. 完整取出..
    不会剥破或哪儿都是水..



  1. 剥好的荔枝..
    放清水洗净..



  1. 准备一个干净的大盆或碗.
    里面放2-3克的盐.
    放大半的清水!
    把荔枝核处理好一个个直接放进去!

    冰箱内冷藏.一周内喝完!
