- 蒜切沫,阳江豆豉切碎,备用
- 荔浦芋头买的现成的,已经切好了,下锅蒸之前铺进盘里,不用着急。怕黏底,在盘内喷了点油。

- 肋排泡水半小时,然后切小块,加面粉清洗到水清。
- 加入豆豉,蒜末,耗油,生抽,胡椒粉,料酒,捞匀,多捞一会儿。然后加入淀粉和香油,捞匀,丢冰箱腌制个把小时。我这个特么的手一抖,淀粉多了一点,成品有点糊嘴,味道没问题!
- 蒸之前摆盘,荔浦芋头垫底,排骨分散摆开。
- 放入蒸烤箱,100度蒸25分钟(蒸的时间各有说法,我也有点懵,就用了25分钟,实际没毛病)
- 到点出锅,香到爆炸,荔浦芋头简直好吃到原地升天!
