In Bagno Lomella, in the province of Brescia, Italy, a 150 square meter townhouse, CLASSY, has been completely renovated and reborn. Carefully designed by Flussocreativo Design Studio, it has been transformed from a dated and impractical space into a sophisticated space that fits the owner's lifestyle, perfectly interpreting the fusion of classic elegance and modern style.

在意大利布雷西亚省的巴尼奥洛梅拉，有一座经过彻底翻新后重焕生机的 150 平方米联排别墅 ——CLASSY。它由 Flussocreativo Design Studio 精心打造，从曾经的陈旧与不实用，摇身一变成为契合业主生活方式的精致空间，完美诠释了经典优雅与现代风格的融合。

The first thing that catches your eye when you enter this house is the carefully matched decorative details. The frames that define the walls and passages are classic elements that add a sense of refinement and visual coherence to the space. They are cleverly integrated into the overall design, showing the charm of traditional architectural decoration without appearing abrupt. The color scheme, dominated by blue and white, creates a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The calmness of blue and the purity of white complement each other, not only enhancing the brightness of the room, but also giving the space a sense of freshness, making people feel as if they are wrapped in a gentle atmosphere as soon as they enter the house.

踏入这座住宅，最先映入眼帘的便是精心搭配的装饰细节。界定墙壁和通道的框架，作为经典元素，为空间增添了精致感与视觉连贯性，它们巧妙地融入整体设计，既展现出传统建筑装饰的韵味，又不会显得突兀。而以蓝白为主调的色彩方案，营造出宁静、宜人的氛围。蓝色的沉稳与白色的纯净相互映衬，不仅提升了房间的明亮度，还赋予空间清新之感，让人一进入屋内就仿佛被温柔的氛围包裹。

The design team also put a lot of effort into the selection of furniture and lamps. The simple and smooth lines of the Barry dining table from Miniforms embody modern design and bring a fashionable touch to the dining area. The IC Lights series lamps from Flos, whether suspended or ceiling/wall mounted, have unique design features that not only meet lighting needs but also become artistic embellishments in the space. These carefully selected elements perfectly combine elegance and modernity, highlighting a unique style and further strengthening the concept of the fusion of classic and modern elements in the entire residence.

在家具与灯具的选择上，也尽显设计团队的用心。Miniforms 的 Barry 餐桌，其简约流畅的线条是现代设计的体现，为用餐区域带来时尚气息；而 Flos 的 IC Lights 系列灯具，无论是悬挂式还是天花板 / 墙壁式，它们的造型设计独具魅力，在满足照明需求的同时，更成为空间中的艺术点缀。这些精心挑选的元素，将优雅与现代完美结合，彰显出独特风格，也进一步强化了整个住宅经典与现代融合的概念。

Looking at curtains, Orac Decor® curtain profiles not only meet the owner’s needs for light regulation and privacy protection, but their exquisite texture and design also complement the overall environment, improving the quality of the space from the details.

In terms of space layout and functional planning, the design team fully considered the daily needs of the owners. The division of each area is reasonable and orderly, which not only ensures the openness and transparency of the space, but also ensures that each functional space is relatively independent and does not interfere with each other. Whether it is a leisure and entertainment area, a rest and sleeping area or a dining area, while pursuing beauty, it also satisfies practicality to the greatest extent, allowing the owner to enjoy every moment of life in a comfortable environment.

在空间布局与功能规划方面，设计团队充分考虑业主的日常需求。每个区域的划分都合理有序，既保证了空间的开放性与通透感，又确保各个功能空间相对独立，互不干扰。无论是休闲娱乐区、休息睡眠区还是用餐区，都在追求美观的同时，最大程度地满足了实用性，让业主能够在舒适的环境中享受生活的每一刻。

The CLASSY project is undoubtedly a successful design practice. It creates a home that combines aesthetics, functionality and personality through the clever use of classic elements and modern design, as well as the ultimate control of details.
