味好美炸鸡扒的做法

1. 买来俩胖胖全鸡腿，洗净，去骨、处理一下肥油

1. 把剔好骨头的鸡腿用刀背拍一拍，尽量拍平整，就成扒肉了

1. 来一包味好美脆皮香酥炸鸡配料，把鸡腿的双面都均匀地裹上配料

1. 锅里放适量食用油，此处为了省油就没有采用浸油炸的方式，我觉得煎一煎也可以达到同样的效果～油温约六成热下鸡扒，鸡皮朝下先中火煎

1. 鸡皮煎到金黄色，翻面继续中火煎

1. 再翻过来就是这个样子了

1. 再把锅斜侧一下，巩固一下“油炸”效果

1. 稍微吸油、放凉后切一切
