蔬菜馒头的做法

  1. 胡萝卜洗净插丝切碎,小油菜叶子也是洗净切碎,再放入芝麻海苔碎,最后加入一小捏小苏打,能保持菜叶翠绿不变色。(放什么菜叶都可以,只要不是味道太大的菜就行,放多少这步可以自己随意放,能让面揉到一起就可以)



  1. 搅拌均匀后加入450克中筋面粉。



  1. 再放入白糖和酵母。



  1. 35度左右的温水230克,水不是固定的,要看你放的菜多少酌情增减。



  1. 搅拌成团,用搓衣服的手法揉搓均匀细腻。



  1. 分成等份的面剂子,我做了十个。



  1. 揉圆搓高馒头胚。



  1. 全部做好摆入蒸屉中醒发。



  1. 没有固定时间,看馒头状态,明显变大拿起来轻飘飘的,手指轻轻按下快递回弹就可以。



  1. 水开上锅中火蒸二十分钟关火,焖五分钟。



  1. 关火后颜色还是翠绿的,所以不要用太大的火。
