- 黄油室温软化。
- 用打蛋器搅打均匀。
- 加入糖粉和盐。
- 搅打均匀。
- 备好蛋黄。
- 打散。
- 蛋黄液分次加入。
- 每加入一次都要充分打匀。
- 直到加完所有蛋黄,打顺滑。
- 加入过筛后的玉米淀粉和低粉。
- 用硅胶刮刀压拌成团。
- 面团移至油纸上,用擀面杖擀开成面片状。
- 用喜欢的模具压出形状。
- 多余的面片重复操作。烤箱上下火,150度预热。
- 生胚摆入铺了油纸的烤盘。
- 放入预热好的烤箱中层,15-20分钟。
- 香香酥酥的,做成动物造型会更漂亮哦!
