西红柿萝卜玉米面条的做法

  1. 先把水煮到鱼眼泡(怕煮不透),下了面搅一搅,继续用小火来煮



  1. 另一边灶上开火,用叉子叉了西红柿(蒂处挖掉便于揭皮儿)在火上烧烤到裂皮,关火,西红柿用凉水一冲,皮很容易就揭下来了



  1. 玉米挂面很快煮到半软了,用漏勺把水隔去



  1. 热汤水中加入切好的白萝卜和西红柿片,加点盐(最近在大润发的超市里发现了无碘盐)煮至熟,盛碗洒上香菜就好啦~



小贴士

白萝卜易熟软,含有淀粉酶,做为淀粉类食物的搭配不错;西红柿不仅营养好,调味的效果超棒!做在汤面里当然非常的酸甜可口啦~

玉米面头遍滤水时,一见空气就有些硬,但二遍煮出来就很软了,不像想的那样粗硬,反倒可以说是柔软爽滑,看来想面条的时候可以常常用它了(只希望它制作的工艺没什么猫腻就好哦~)
