One positive change I made recently in my daily routine is incorporating regular exercise into my schedule. I used to have a very sedentary lifestyle, where I mostly sat at my desk all day working, but I realized this was affecting my health. So, I decided to dedicate 30 minutes every morning to either a run or a quick workout at home.
最近我在我的日常生活中做的一个积极改变就是定期锻炼。我以前的生活方式非常久坐,基本上整天都在桌前工作,但我意识到这种方式影响了我的健康。所以我决定每天早上留出30分钟时间,要么去跑步,要么在家做快速的锻炼。
This change has been really beneficial for me. I feel a lot more energetic throughout the day, and I’ve also noticed a boost in my mood. It’s a great way to start the day and sets a positive tone for everything I do. Plus, it helps me stay focused and productive during work hours.
这个改变对我来说真的很有益。我感觉整天精力充沛,也注意到心情变得更好。它是一天的开始方式,而且为我做的每件事定下了积极的基调。另外,它还帮助我在工作时间保持专注和高效。
I believe this is a positive change because it not only improves my physical health but also enhances my mental well-being. By prioritizing my health in the mornings, I feel more balanced and ready to face the day’s challenges. I’m definitely happy with this change.
