2月27日，第33届上海白玉兰戏剧表演艺术奖颁奖晚会在上海文化广场举行。

中国煤矿文工团团长靳东凭借话剧《温暖的味道》孙光明一角，获得白玉兰戏剧表演艺术奖主角奖。

Chinese actor Jin Dong was honored with the Best Actor award at the 33rd Shanghai Magnolia Stage Performance Awards on Thursday for his portrayal of Sun Guangming in the play The Smell of Warmth.

颁奖典礼上，靳东接过奖杯时说：“戏剧是一切艺术呈现形式的母体。我一直在用我所学的戏剧，在不同的艺术门类里表达。我要感谢舞台，大幕拉开，再不能回头，错不起，错不得。我一直说不该也不能离开舞台，这一次我终于又回到了舞台。我还想说，这朵白玉兰不仅仅属于我自己，还属于话剧《温暖的味道》所有台前幕后的工作人员，属于我们煤矿文工团。”靳东说，这是他的第一朵“白玉兰”，“希望以后能多出好作品，多来上海，多来到白玉兰的舞台上。”

Jin, who also serves as the head of the China Coal Mine Art Troupe, said during the award ceremony that theatre serves as the foundational matrix for all forms of artistic expression. "I have consistently utilized the theatrical knowledge I have acquired to express myself across various art forms," Jin said upon receiving the award. "I am thankful to the stage; once the curtain rises, there is no turning back. I cannot afford to make mistakes," Jin said, noting that this marked his first "Magnolia" award and expressing his aspirations to produce more outstanding works in the future.

公开资料显示，靳东，男，汉族，出生于1976年12月22日，毕业于中央戏剧学院，一级演员。他是第十四届全国政协委员，民盟第十三届中央常委。

2021年12月，靳东当选中国文联第十一届全国委员会委员，同月出任中国煤矿文工团副团长。2024年8月，靳东任中国煤矿文工团团长。

据上观新闻报道，话剧《温暖的味道》讲述了黄河岸边塬底下村的故事。原本是苹果的黄金产区的塬底下村遭遇了苹果种植困境，第一书记孙光明通过引入新种苗与新技术，助力当地种植产业升级，帮助村民重燃希望，共赴美好生活。

The Smell of Warmth revolves around the story of a village situated along the Yellow River. Initially renowned as a prime apple-growing region, the village encountered challenges in its apple cultivation. Sun Guangming, the first secretary of the village's Party committee, revitalized the local industry by introducing new seedlings and technologies, aiding the villagers in rekindling hope and pursuing a better life.

2025年《温暖的味道》将开始新一轮巡演。靳东介绍：“话剧《温暖的味道》讲如何面对、处理苹果新老品种更替的问题，有新老观念碰撞，归根结底还是在讲人和人之间的故事。做团长，就是服务和付出，替所有人解决问题。我希望《温暖的味道》能代表我们团的精气神。通过我们的行动告诉年轻人，在团里应该担起什么样责任。整个团好几百号人，我们最核心的目标还是培养人才、出作品。放弃小我，放弃名和利，转而为大家，为这个时代做一些事。这也是为什么我看到延安一片又一片苹果林会有那么深的感慨，台下，我也是孙光明。”

"The play delves into navigating the transition between old and new apple varieties, where conflicting ideologies intersect, ultimately focusing on the interpersonal narratives," Jin elaborated. "To be a leader means to serve and give, to solve problems for everyone. It's about letting go of the self, relinquishing personal fame and gain, and instead, working for the greater good, for making a difference in this era," added Jin. The Smell of Warmth is scheduled to embark on a new round of touring in 2025.
