RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
杭州富春方外酒店为开元旗下全新高端秘境酒店。酒店地处建德乾潭“三江两岸”绿道溪西畈景区,富春支流胥溪西岸。酒店置身于静谧山水之间,整体设计借山之走势,临水观微。游于山林,舟行江上,尽享四季之景致,娱志方外。酒店坐落于杭州建德市乾潭镇,位于富春江支流胥溪的西岸,周围环境优美,覆盖近50亩,历经两年精心打造而成。入住时先抵达乾潭胥溪码头(码头有酒店休憩室提供小食饮品),接着乘坐酒店专设的游船,顺溪而行即可到达。历时2年打造,建筑面积达8000㎡,置身于静谧山水之间,整体设计借山之走势,临水观微。乌瓦白墙的建筑风格,从外到内都透露出匠心十足的设计感。既有水墨质感,又有宅邸的私密感,每一处落地玻璃望出去都是一幅实景山水画。
Hangzhou Fuchun Square Hotel is a new high-end secret hotel under New Century. Hotel is located in Jiande Gantan "two sides of the Three Rivers" Green road Xi Xifan scenic spot, Fuchun tributary Xuxi west bank. The hotel is located in the quiet landscape, the overall design borrows the trend of the mountain, and views the water. Swim in the mountains, boat on the river, enjoy the scenery of the four seasons, entertainment outside. The hotel is located in Jiande City, Hangzhou Qiantan Town, located on the west bank of Xuxi, a tributary of the Fuchun River. The surrounding environment is beautiful, covering nearly 50 acres, after two years of careful construction. Upon check-in, first arrive at the Kantan Xuxi Pier (there is a hotel lounge at the pier to provide refreshments and drinks), then take the cruise boat specially designed by the hotel, and you can reach it by the river. It took 2 years to build, the construction area of 8000 square meters, in the quiet landscape, the overall design borrowings the trend of the mountain, the water view micro. The architectural style of Uva white walls reveals a sense of craftsmanship from the outside to the inside. Both ink texture and the privacy of the mansion, each floor-to-ceiling glass looks out as a real landscape painting.
虽然独占山水秘境,但只做了60多套客房,,面积从45至310㎡不等,以听雨、沐风、映竹、望云等命名。每间均是独立套房,并且依山而建,傍水而居,私密静谧。客房设计蕴含中式的雅致与清淡,主色调为原木与浅橘,茶具、水果与器皿皆显得格外精致。透过窗外绿意盎然的景色,生活仿佛被美好时刻环绕。
Although the exclusive landscape secret, but only made more than 60 sets of rooms, the area from 45 to 310 square meters, to listen to rain, Mufeng, bamboo, cloud and so on named. Each is a separate suite, and is built on the mountain, near the water, private and quiet. The room design contains Chinese elegance and light, the main color is wood and light orange, tea sets, fruits and utensils are very delicate. Through the lush green scenery outside the window, life seems to be surrounded by beautiful moments.

在水墨山河的环抱中,低调的门头若隐若现,深刻描绘了隐逸避世的意境。通过宁静的自然风光,展现了极简留白美学的独特风格,营造出诗意栖居的富春山居图景。庭院内,枯山水与东方禅意山水交相辉映,汤池、垂钓、围炉夜话、手绘等体验活动一应俱全。
Surrounded by the ink mountains and rivers, the low-key door is looming, deeply describing the artistic conception of seclusion. Through the quiet natural scenery, it shows the unique style of minimalist aesthetics, and creates the picture of poetic dwelling in Fuchun mountain. In the courtyard, dry landscape and Eastern Zen landscape complement each other, and experience activities such as soup pool, fishing, night talk around the stove, and hand-painting are available.
