热播剧《漂白》被指抄袭，编剧、制片方回应

近日，由郭京飞、王千源、赵今麦主演的电视剧《漂白》被指抄袭《南方都市报》的一篇同名文章，陷入争议。

"Drifting Away", a recent hit TV drama, is facing plagiarism accusations for allegedly copying its title and plot from an article in the Southern Metropolis Daily. plagiarism /ˈpleɪdʒərɪzəm/：剽窃 Starring Guo Jingfei, Wang Qianyuan, and Zhao Jinmai, "Drifting Away" follows the story of a group of four fugitives involved in a decade-long series of murders and dismemberments.

1月21日凌晨，《漂白》编剧陈枰发文回应称，2016年有电影制片邀请她创作一部“杨树彬团伙911杀人碎尸案”为原型的电影剧本，她随后将此故事改编成小说。

The show's screenwriter, Chen Ping, responded early on Tuesday that in 2016, she was commissioned by a film production company to create a movie script based on the "9/11 Yang Shubin Gang Murder and Dismemberment Case", which she later adapted into a novel.

陈枰称，该小说的核心概念“漂白”来自于案件主办人员的采访中听到的“身份漂白”。

Chen explained that the novel's central concept, "piaobai" or whitewashing, was inspired by the term "identity whitewashing" she encountered during interviews with the case investigators.

其还表示：“对所有原型的采访、案头工作我都有留存证据和证明”并“支持双方以专业法律途径和方式来解决问题” 。

编剧陈枰的回应

此前，1月20日，一篇名为《爱奇艺的 <漂白> 把南方都市报的 <漂白> ‘漂白’了》的文章引起关注。

文章作者“猛哥”（前《南方都市报》记者、《漂白》一文的作者王猛）表示：《漂白》创作团队事先没有联系我或南方都市报，在宣发材料中，也没有标示原作出处。

“猛哥”在文中提到：《漂白》标题出自南方都市报原深度部编辑吴倩，而深度报道的文章是自己在两个多月内访谈了近百人，完整还原了四名逃犯“漂白”的全过程。

A day earlier, former Southern Metropolis Daily journalist Wang Meng published an article claiming that "Drifting Away" was the title of his in-depth report, in which he had interviewed nearly a hundred individuals over two months, reconstructing the entire narrative of the four fugitives "whitewashing".

“猛哥”在文中强调：“《漂白》一文经南方都市报发表后，轰动全国，这是媒体首次完完整整揭示出案件背后的真相和细节。随后各家媒体或跟进，或转发，但在核心事实层面都还是依托南方都市报的报道。”

Wang emphasized that his report, published in 2012, had garnered nationwide attention by revealing the truth and intricacies of the case for the first time. Subsequently, various media outlets had picked up on or shared his story. He noted that the TV drama's production team had not reached out to him or Southern Metropolis Daily beforehand and had failed to acknowledge his contribution in their promotional materials.

20日下午，新黄河就此事联系王猛，王猛告诉记者：“事情起因是一些朋友跟我说爱奇艺上映了一部叫《漂白》的剧，跟我2012年写的文章很相似，我就去看了一下。首先是标题完全一模一样，题材也很雷同，从目前放出来的剧情以及放出来的简介看，是复刻了我当年的那篇调查报道。”

王猛称：“他们这个事情没有联系我，我问了《南方都市报》，制片方也没有联系他们。也就是说他们并没有经过当年的采访记者以及版权拥有者报社的同意。从我个人角度来说，我肯定是很生气的，就写了一篇文章声讨。因为我现在已经离开报社了，作品的版权是属于报社的，接下来，如果有什么沟通的话肯定也是制片方找到报社的，这个事情我就不方便再介入了。”

而对于“抄袭”争议，《漂白》总制片人马女士回应称，剧集是买自一本由编剧陈枰编写的小说，有小说完整的版权链。

In response to the plagiarism allegations, the executive producer of "Drifting Away", Ms Ma, clarified that the series was an adaptation of a novel written by screenwriter Chen Ping, with proper copyright.

“首先，我们的剧集是买自一本由作家出版社出版的，由陈枰编写的小说《漂白》，我们有小说完整的版权链。但是我们目前也在积极处理和沟通这件事，跟各个团队对比，完整的事件信息可以等官方说明，其他的事情我个人不方便作出回应。”

但对于这一回应，王猛并不认可，其表示：“他说他们是改编，也是从一个编剧的手里买过来的。至于那个编剧之前有没有抄袭，他们当时确实也没考虑到，他们是说他这个环节是干净的、是没有问题的，我不接受他的观点。爱奇艺作为中国这么头部的视频平台之一，有那么多的自制内容，肯定也会有审核的任务，你这么大的公司有法务，有各种各样的团队，有应尽的义务。你不能说跟编剧签了个约就播放了，那编剧如果撒谎怎么办？”
