清华大学未央书院大三精密仪器专业的陈逸妤，究竟如何与9634公里之外的非洲国家摩洛哥挂上钩？

21岁的她，没有选择跟随小红书“10分钟带你玩遍摩洛哥”的旅游攻略，而是选择成为清华赴摩洛哥实践支队的支队长，一路摸爬滚打，最终收获了一个“清华工科女”专属的摩洛哥之旅。

“危机”重重的支队长历程

陈逸妤有着小麦色的皮肤和双眼皮的大眼睛。第一次见她，我以为她是来清华交流的外籍学生。

她告诉我，因为皮肤黑，小学时就被别人说长得“像非洲人”。后来，她在B站上看到up主“小钟Johnny”发布的视频。她说，“我看到小钟旅居非洲20年，去了非洲各个国家，我当时就觉得非洲好像没有大家说得那么脏乱差，当地的人们有一种天然的淳朴。

她告诉我，她想看看在新闻报道中的打打杀杀、内战和抢劫之外，非洲这片美丽土地上人们热情淳朴的一面。

2024年冬天，她终于有了亲眼目睹的可能。“当时选支队的时候，我想着欧洲、美洲这些之后还都有机会去，但是去非洲如果不跟着学校支队，可能就没有第二次机会了。”陈逸妤说。

于是，她扛上了未央书院“未洛风华”赴摩洛哥实践支队支队长的大旗，正式迈向前往非洲的第一步。

然而，她的非洲支队长之旅简直是“危机”重重。

摩洛哥位于撒哈拉以北，并不是一个黑非洲，人口以白人为主，和阿拉伯世界与欧洲靠得很近，受了那边很多影响，宗教以伊斯兰教为主。

陈逸妤说，摩洛哥当地的效率可以用“悠闲”来形容。最开始，他们支队的外联工作并没有联络到外方的政府机构或大学，联系的都是中国在摩洛哥的外派组织。她说，这种感觉与在国内调研并无二致，无法真正触及当地社会的核心，难以深入理解摩洛哥独特的文化脉络与社会运作模式。

于是，经过留学清华的摩洛哥学姐Lily，他们找到了摩洛哥驻中国大使馆的一个参赞。2024年12月21号，参赞答应帮陈逸妤一行人向摩洛哥那边联系，然而直到2025年1月31号，支队出发的前几天，参赞才回复支队说已联系好。匆忙而临时的时间安排，导致支队的行程发生冲突。

其中一天上午，支队同时面临着两项行程的抉择。他们既需要去拜见中国驻摩洛哥大使，也需要去进行一个大学的交流访学。两边的行程都难以割舍：大使日理万机，不希望叨扰大使更改日程；而大学那边来了11位各个方向的教授，邀请都已发出，难以调换时间。这下怎么办？在指导老师的建议下，她决定把支队拆成两半，一半去拜见大使，另一半则去学校交流。“危机”总算解除，但她还尚且不能松一口气。

实践前，支队在清华丁辰熹教授的帮助下联系到了驻摩洛哥拉巴特新华社记者，说可以为他们的支队进行采访。然而因为时间安排问题，记者没办法直接在当地对支队进行采访，只好等到回国，但发新闻又面临程序审批问题。经过一波三折，清华摩洛哥之行的采访才终于有机会发表在新华社等重要媒体平台上。

其实，作为海外实践支队长，陈逸妤在出行前最大恐惧，是害怕支队成员之间闹矛盾，让支队氛围过于紧张，弄得整个行程都乌泱泱的。还好，她的这一担心落了空。

陈逸妤说：“我们当时所有的友谊好像都是在一个晚上突然就变得亲密起来。”支队租住的廉价海景别墅有单独的厨房，一天晚上，他们一起前往超市买食材做了一大锅菜，大家聚在一起吃，还玩了真心话大冒险等破冰游戏。她说：“不论合作做菜还是围坐吃饭，大家在那天都有一种掏心掏肺的真诚感，让友谊大有增进。我们的支队氛围特别好，大家都很团结。”

陈逸妤曾经有过作为支队长带领支队实践的经历，但走出国门成为支队长，对于她来说还是头一遭。

从是定贵一点直飞的机票还是便宜的中转机票，到餐饮的众口难调，她事无巨细地协调每个支队成员的好恶，努力满足不同消费观念的同学们。

为了保障大家的安全，本以为摩洛哥治安没那么好的陈逸妤选择了在摩洛哥全程包车，还联系了当地的中国朋友充当“导游”，尽全力保证大家玩得好、住得好、学得好。

这离不开她过去丰富的海外经历。陈逸妤此前去过美国、东南亚和澳大利亚，可以说是个“全球通”。性格开朗、热情洋溢的她，也带着这样的信心和经验走进了摩洛哥，为支队立下了主心骨。

庆幸的是，支队同学们对于非洲和摩洛哥都抱着很高的热情，陈逸妤的支队实践也取得了很大成功，获得海外支队实践答辩层第一的好成绩。她说，“同学们个个都是人才，这次简直是神仙实践。”支队和她彼此成就，在跌跌撞撞中共同成长。

收获满满的摩洛哥之旅

小红书上风景宜人、气候舒适的摩洛哥，在陈逸妤的眼里成了真。

陈逸妤支队所住的房间每个都有阳台，从阳台可以看到大海在阳光下波光粼粼。她说，摩洛哥有一种塔吉锅（炖牛肉、羊肉等），里面会放一些豆子和瓜一起炖一大锅，再配上像法棍一样的黄面包，非常好吃。摩洛哥也有“全民运动”的氛围。在经过两个大城市之间的乡村地带时，经常能看到人们在黑土地上踢球，无论是小孩、大人或是老人，都非常开心。

摩洛哥的语言十分多样，说阿拉伯语、法语、英语、西班牙语、柏柏尔语的人们混居在一起。陈逸妤在实践前本打算尝试下自己在清华开设的法语课程中粗浅学习的法语，居然并没有用武之地。

她和支队成员们在当地并没有遇到非常严峻的语言障碍，甚至在一些景区，她还能听到熟悉的中文，那是小摊贩在招揽游客生意。

在摩洛哥打出租车都是拼车。只要车上有空位，路边人招手就拉开车门上车了。一次，陈逸妤与支队成员打车出行，遇到一位要拼车的老太太。老太太只会说法语，但出租车司机却只会说阿拉伯语，两人简直是鸡同鸭讲。

陈逸妤为支队安排了丰富充实的行程，涵盖了摩洛哥三个最主要的城市。支队利用高铁在摩洛哥的三个主要城市之间往返，摩洛哥也是非洲第一个有高铁的国家，当地高铁更像法国的双层高铁。

摩洛哥的安全也比他们之前想象的要好。陈逸妤的摩洛哥支队与另一只去西班牙实践的支队同时出发，西班牙支队被偷了3个手机。但在摩洛哥，有次她不小心把手机遗落在餐厅里，回到餐厅，前台的老奶奶拿着手机和她比划，虽然语言不通，但从肢体语言中可以看出奶奶是在问是不是她落下的手机。

摩洛哥到底接受了多少中国文化？陈逸妤和同学们拜访了摩洛哥的孔子学院。“当地有很多课程中会渗透中国文化，国内的大学与孔子学院之间也会互通师资力量，每年都会有很多外派的老师去支援那边的汉语专业。”

在陈逸妤一行拜访孔子学院时，当地人为他们办了一场时装秀，给他们换上了当地的传统服饰。走秀结束后，当地人把传统服饰送给了支队的某些成员。“当时大家都挺懵的，后来才知道这是当地的一个习俗，意义是把美好一代代传下去。

除了美景和美食，这一趟旅程陈逸妤还有更多新收获。摩洛哥当地人对她所学的专业非常感兴趣，也希望很谦虚地和他们学习。每次与当地高校或机构开座谈会时，都有人提问各种专业前沿相关的问题。

从专业视角来看，摩洛哥的科研教育和发展都仍然偏向传统，土木、电池、新能源这种与国家发展密切相关的行业较为热门，但大学实验室仍然处于自己摸索的状态，还未探索出一条特别明确的道路。尽管实践调研主题与交流内容与陈逸妤自己的专业相关性较低，但她说：“这一趟行程让我的视野放得很大，也让我认识到了中国科技的未来出海前景。

“非洲其实是一片机会的热土。”在实地考察中，陈逸妤发现，摩洛哥当地的矿产、光伏和水能资源都非常优质，只是技术主要靠进口。他们与MASEN（摩洛哥可持续发展能源署）交流了解到，摩洛哥的在沙漠里的Noor光伏园，是德国出装备，中国出了技术，摩洛哥出了土地，各个国家的技术在摩洛哥相互交融。
