自制无添加水果酸奶雪糕，清凉一夏超简单！

现在的火龙果特别便宜，我在里面加了一点，给它去掉头部和尾部，然后从中间一切两半，选用一半就可以，将外皮去掉，先切成小薄片，再给它改刀切成细条，最后切成小小的小丁状备用。

孩子也比较喜欢吃菠萝蜜，我就用了一块菠萝蜜，也给它改刀切成细条，最后切成小丁状，今天放的都是孩子喜欢吃的水果，再来几个大樱桃，也给它改刀切碎，这里面的水果不用固定，可以根据自己的喜好随意的放。

拌匀以后再拿几个冰激凌模具，将调好的酸奶水果糊放在里面，先不要给它铺满，底部铺上一层再将冰棍放在上面，接着表面再淋入一层，把这个棍给它压在中间，等全部填完以后，再把这个盖给盖上，之后放入冰箱冷冻一个小时就可以成型了。
