1600吨榴莲到了！预计本月中下旬降价

榴莲爱好者有口福啦！随着新一季东南亚水果进入成熟期，榴莲、山竹、椰子等热带水果迎来一年一度的进口销售旺季。

5月6日，记者走访水果批发市场和水果店发现，榴莲价格虽有小幅回落，但波动幅度不大。预计榴莲将在5月中下旬进入上市旺季，价格将有明显回落。

Recent visits to wholesale markets and fruit retailers revealed that durian prices have seen a slight dip but remain relatively stable. Industry experts predict a more significant price drop in mid-to-late May as the fruit enters its peak supply phase.

据报道，5月6日，经广州海关所属南沙海关监管验放，117个货柜，总重1600余吨的泰国金枕‌、甲仑、托曼尼、青尼等多个品种的榴莲快速办结通关手续，从广州南沙口岸运往粤港澳大湾区各地水果批发市场和超市。

Over 1,600 metric tons of Thai durians—including premium varieties such as Golden Pillow, Puang Manee, and Chanee—cleared customs on Tuesday at Nansha Port in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, under the supervision of local customs authorities. The shipment, comprising 117 containers, was swiftly dispatched to wholesale markets and supermarkets across the Greater Bay Area.

5月6日，搭乘中老国际班列回程农产品专列的两个进口榴莲集装箱到达成都国际铁路港冷链物流基地，随后通过冷链车队分别发往粤、浙市场进行销售。自此，成都-广州、成都-嘉兴两条中老国际班列公铁联运进口榴莲分拨专线正式开通，标志着两地物流通道的进一步拓展‌。

Meanwhile, two containers of imported durians arrived at Chengdu International Railway Port via the China-Laos Railway's dedicated cold-chain agricultural freight service. After customs clearance, the cargo was routed to refrigerated trucks bound for markets in Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces, showcasing the growing efficiency of cross-border cold-chain logistics.

此外，当进口榴莲在4-5月占据市场主流时，国产榴莲也在海南逐渐成熟。

据三亚育才生态区的种植基地透露，首批“树上熟”榴莲将于6月中下旬批量上市，品种涵盖金枕、黑刺、猫山王等高端品类，与进口榴莲相比，国产果采用“树上自然成熟后采摘”模式，果肉更软糯、甜度更高，尤其适合追求极致口感的榴莲资深爱好者。

While imported durians dominate April and May sales, China's homegrown durian industry is poised for a milestone. According to a plantation in Sanya's Yucai Ecological Zone, Hainan province, the country's first batch of domestically cultivated durians—featuring premium varieties like Golden Pillow, Black Thorn, and Musang King—will hit markets in mid-to-late June. Unlike imported counterparts harvested early for transport, Hainan-grown durians are ripe from the tree, allowing natural maturation before picking. This method enhances flesh texture and sweetness, catering to discerning consumers seeking premium quality.

如何买到一颗报恩榴莲？

1. 敲一敲（不是用手）

在泰国买榴莲，老板都会配一根长棍，轻轻敲一敲榴莲，如果听到“空空空”的回音，那说明榴莲熟啦！因为果肉和果皮之间有一些间隙了。是不是和挑西瓜的感觉差不多？

If a durian is ripe, it should “sound like hitting a drum”, as the fruit is more hollow with gaps of air inside the fruit. Listen out for tapping sounds when the seller shakes a ripened durian as the seeds should have loosened up. 如果榴莲熟了，则敲击起来声如擂鼓，因为果肉和果皮之间有空隙。小贩摇晃榴莲时，听听有没有撞击声，因为成熟的榴莲，核与果肉剥离，会发出声音。

2. 摸摸蒂

一般来说，树上已经开始成熟的榴莲，蒂不会特别地平滑顺直，而是有一点轻微的凸起，好像一个人吃饱了一样。

另外，建议挑选蒂子还带有一定新鲜度的榴莲，蒂把还有一点水分表示榴莲离开树上时间不算太久。

The easiest litmus test of a durian's freshness is to scratch its stem gently with your fingertips. If the stem reveals a fleshy and leaf-green interior without much effort, it is a sign that the durian had fallen off the trees within the last 24 hours. 检验榴莲新鲜程度的最简单方法就是用指尖轻轻刮一下榴莲的梗子，如果刮开呈饱满肉质和黄绿色，就说明榴莲采摘不到24小时。 A darker stem means that the durian has been harvested much earlier. 梗子越黑，则说明榴莲摘下来的时间越长。

3. 看看刺儿

榴莲以刺儿闻名，同时它的刺也是很好的鉴别指南，刺越短越粗，果子越好。

4.瞅瞅缝

榴莲刺之间的缝隙，是判断它成熟度的一个诀窍。好的榴莲，刺缝隙比较干、颜色是清晰的黄绿色，这样的榴莲一般来说肉质都饱满。

5. 看形状

此外，还要学会观察榴莲的形状，完美的椭圆形的榴莲未必就是最好吃的！

If the durian has bulging sides, it is often an indication that the seeds are fleshy. If the sides are concave, it is likely the chamber is empty. Odd-shaped durians also do not mean that there is less meat. They are usually more aromatic and creamier compared to perfectly rounded durians. 如果每一边都是鼓鼓的，那说明内里果肉饱满，如果果壳凹陷进去了，那可能这一房就是空的。形状不规则的榴莲不一定果肉就少，而且通常比形状圆满的榴莲味道更香，肉质更绵软。
