好吃又营养的黑芝麻红枣枸杞核桃糕的做法
- 准备好所需要的东西:
提前将黑芝麻、核桃、花生炒熟;红枣去核对半剪开
- 核桃,红枣,枸杞,花生混合一起
- 不粘锅中加入麦芽糖、水、红糖
注意:麦芽糖非常难直接从罐子里倒出来或者舀出来。可以将手用水打湿,直接上手抓出想要用的量
- 开中小火熬化
- 熬到冒大气泡
- 提起铲子,糖浆可以挂旗的状态
- 调至小火,倒入核桃+花生+红枣+枸杞
- 迅速搅拌均匀
