  1. 准备好所需要的东西:
    提前将黑芝麻、核桃、花生炒熟;红枣去核对半剪开



  1. 核桃,红枣,枸杞,花生混合一起



  1. 不粘锅中加入麦芽糖、水、红糖
    注意:麦芽糖非常难直接从罐子里倒出来或者舀出来。可以将手用水打湿,直接上手抓出想要用的量
