  1. 西兰花和海鲜菇清洗干净
  2. 锅中放适量的清水,水开倒入西兰花和海鲜菇焯水,加一点盐入底味



  1. 捞出来摆入盘中
  2. 锅中放少许底油,红辣椒和蒜末炸香,倒入适量的清水



  1. 加2勺牡蛎酱油调味,一勺玉米淀粉水增加汤汁粘稠度
  2. 中小火煮15秒关火
