牛里脊

土豆

孜然粉
1茶匙
孜然粒
1勺
辣椒面
1勺
白芝麻

香辣孜然土豆牛肉粒，这么做巨巨巨好吃！！的做法
- 食材：牛里脊肉500g，土豆2个
做法：1️⃣牛肉切均等大小丁，加一勺料酒➕二勺生抽➕一勺蚝油➕一勺淀粉➕适量胡椒粉➕一勺香油，抓匀腌制20分钟，给牛肉入个底味
- 2️⃣土豆去皮后切小丁，清水冲洗1/2遍，洗去淀粉沥干水分
3️⃣锅中倒油，下土豆煎制两面金黄，煎熟盛出备用，葱末爆香，倒入牛肉炒至8分熟，倒入炒好的土豆丁，加孜然粉➕孜然粒➕辣椒面➕熟白芝麻➕适量白糖➕少许盐，开大火翻炒个3、4、5下，最后加点葱花增香
