巧切葱丝的做法
- 我自己种的小葱，拔下来摘去外皮清洗干净。
- 切下绿叶
- 把葱叶部分捋顺，小叶在上，宽叶在下。
- 把葱叶折叠起来
- 葱叶放在案板上，用指尖摁住。
- 用快刀竖切成细细的葱丝
- 切好的细葱丝
- 准备盆凉水把葱丝扔进去压到水里搅匀。
