美国政府宣布对中国输美商品全面加征“对等关税”，以所谓“追求公平贸易”为由，对中国光伏、锂电等可再生能源产品实施高额关税壁垒。这一单边主义行径不仅违背世贸组织规则和国际贸易秩序，更暴露了美国在“零和博弈”思维下推行贸易保护主义的本质。
美国早已不是中国光伏出口的核心市场，美国新关税对中国太阳能出口市场影响极为有限。锂电池产业方面，虽然美国是我国锂电池出口的第一大市场，但面临情况基本与光伏产业类似。
当前，我国新能源企业海外布局目的地正呈现出“多元化”趋势，企业出海更多考虑产能双轨制、多元化供给和输出，互利共赢，共同开拓全球市场。
The US government has announced the imposition of a comprehensive "reciprocal tariff" on Chinese goods imported into the United States. Under the pretext of "pursuing fair trade," it has implemented high tariff barriers on Chinese renewable energy products such as photovoltaic and lithium battery products. This unilateral action not only violates the rules of the World Trade Organization and the international trade order, but also exposes the essence of the United States' promotion of trade protectionism under the "zero-sum game" mentality.
The United States is no longer the core market for China's photovoltaic exports. The new US tariffs have a very limited impact on China's solar export market. In the lithium battery industry, although the United States is the largest market for China's lithium battery exports, the situation is essentially similar to that of the photovoltaic industry.
Currently, the overseas layout destinations of China's new energy enterprises are showing a trend of "diversification." Enterprises are increasingly considering dual-track production capacity, diversified supply and output, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, and jointly exploring the global market when going global.

Oil Prices Drop to Lowest Level Since Pandemic as Trade War Accelerates
2025年4月9日报道，在北京拒绝撤销为回应华盛顿在现有关税基础上征收34%的关税而宣布的报复性34%关税后，美国宣布对中国进口商品征收50%的新关税，原油价格跌至2021年以来的最低水平。
“中国的激进报复减少了世界两个最大经济体之间快速达成协议的机会，引发了全球对经济衰退的担忧。”Rystad Energy负责石油市场的副总裁Ye Lin告诉路透社。“如果贸易战持续更长时间，中国每天5万至10万桶的石油需求增长将面临风险，但是，提振国内消费的更强刺激措施可以减轻损失。”这位分析师补充道。
On April 9, 2025, crude oil prices slumped to their lowest level since 2021 after the U.S. announced a fresh 50% tariff for Chinese imports following Beijing’s refusal to withdraw its retaliatory 34% tariffs announced in response to Washington’s imposition of a 34% tariff rate on top of already existing levies.
“China’s aggressive retaliation diminishes the chances of a quick deal between the world’s two biggest economies, triggering mounting fears of economic recession across the globe.” Rystad Energy Vice President for oil markets, Ye Lin, told Reuters. “China’s 50,000 bpd to 100,000 bpd of oil demand growth is at risk if the trade war continues for longer, however, a stronger stimulus to boost domestic consumption could mitigate the losses.” the analyst added.

The European Energy Storage Inventory is the first of its kind at European level to show all forms of clean energy storage solutions. Unlike existing databases that focus on specific storage types, this platform surveys and maps a full range of technologies.
It offers near real-time data on the deployment of storage facilities across Europe, including an interactive dashboard and map, and identifies all the technologies, from battery storage to pumped hydro, and emerging technologies like hydrogen storage and thermal storage.

Donald Trump signed four executive orders on Tuesday aimed at reviving coal, the dirtiest fossil fuel that has long been in decline, and which substantially contributes to planet-heating greenhouse gas emissions and pollution.
Environmentalists expressed dismay at the news, saying that Trump was stuck in the past and wanted to make utility customers “pay more for yesterday’s energy”.
The US president is using emergency authority to allow some older coal-fired power plants scheduled for retirement to keep producing electricity.
The move, announced at a White House event on Tuesday afternoon, was described by White House officials as being in response to increased US power demand from growth in datacenters, artificial intelligence and electric cars.

中东最大航空公司将对接最大太阳能供电数据中心
The Middle East's Largest Airline to Connect with the Largest Solar-Powered Data Center
近日，总部位于迪拜的阿联酋航空宣布，将与迪拜水电局下属子公司Moro Hub合作，把旗下数据中心迁至穆罕默德·本·拉希德·阿勒马克图姆太阳能园区的绿色太阳能数据中心，由后者向阿联酋航空集团提供信息综合托管服务。迁移预计时间将于2026年中启动。
Recently, Emirates, headquartered in Dubai, announced that it will partner with Moro Hub, a subsidiary of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), to relocate its data center to the green solar-powered data center located in the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park. Moro Hub will provide integrated information hosting services to the Emirates Group. The relocation is expected to commence in mid-2026.

3月26日，生态环境部发布《全国碳排放权交易市场覆盖钢铁、水泥、铝冶炼行业工作方案》（以下简称《方案》），标志着全国碳排放权交易市场首次扩大行业覆盖范围工作正式进入实施阶段，也是我国加快建成更加有效、更有活力、更具国际影响力碳市场的关键举措。根据《方案》部署安排，将按照“边实施、边完善”的工作思路，分两个阶段稳妥有序推进相关工作。其中，2024—2026年度是启动实施阶段，2027年度以后是深化完善阶段。
On March 26th, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment released the "Work Plan for the National Carbon Emission Trading Market to Cover the Steel, Cement, and Aluminum Smelting Industries"(hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), marking the formal implementation phase of the first expansion of the industry coverage of the national carbon emission trading market. This is also a key measure for China to accelerate the establishment of a more effective, vibrant, and internationally influential carbon market. According to the deployment and arrangements in the Plan, the work will be steadily and orderly advanced in two phases following the working principle of "implementation and improvement simultaneously. "Specifically, the period from 2024 to 2026 is the initial implementation phase, while the phase from 2027 onwards is the phase for deepening and refinement.

综合外媒最新消息，俄罗斯在伊拉克库尔德地区的油田开发活动即将恢复，这似乎标志着伊拉克联邦政府与库尔德地区政府围绕油气产量分成和出口权限分歧得到妥善解决，同时意味着俄罗斯正在进一步加强在中东地区的影响力。
伊拉克拥有大量待开发原油和天然气储量。当前，西方国家不断增加在伊拉克的油气投资，俄罗斯也在拉近与伊拉克的距离，去年，双方就探讨了持续推进多领域纵深合作的前景。
According to the latest reports from foreign media, Russia is set to resume its oil field development activities in the Kurdish region of Iraq. This appears to signal that the disputes over the sharing of oil and gas production and export rights between the Iraqi federal government and the Kurdish regional government have been properly resolved. It also indicates that Russia is further strengthening its influence in the Middle East.
Iraq possesses substantial reserves of undeveloped crude oil and natural gas. At present, Western countries are continuously increasing their oil and gas investments in Iraq, while Russia is also bridging the gap with Iraq. Last year, the two sides explored the prospects for continuously advancing in-depth cooperation in multiple fields.
