  1. 放入干豆腐丝翻炒均匀,放入鸡蛋丝翻炒几下



  1. 最后放入鸡胸肉块炒均匀即可



  1. 好吃的很,我还加了半个红薯



小贴士

因为我用的即食鸡胸肉,已经有味道了,所以在最后放
用生抽即可调味无需放盐
蔬菜也可以换成你喜欢的菜
具体量根据人数调整
