经常出去吃,给的排骨特别少,今天买来排骨自己做,味道非常好吃,何必出去花那么多钱呢,不需要什么厨艺

排骨煲(免辣)的做法

  1. 排骨切小段,清水浸泡4小时,每小时换次水,沥干水分



  1. 平底锅喷少许油,排骨放进去煎两面金黄盛出备用



  1. 土豆去皮切块,我的有点切大了,可以切小一点



  1. 木耳提前泡发去根洗干净



  1. 油麦菜或者其他想吃的青菜,洗干净沥水



  1. 葱姜蒜切好



  1. 玉米切段

  1. 另起锅,少许油,放入葱姜蒜爆香



  1. 再倒入调好的料汁,这样稍微有点酱香味,此时避免糊锅,可以先关火



  1. 放入煎好的排骨,翻拌均匀



  1. 倒入开水与排骨齐平,放入玉米,大火煮开,放入香料,盖盖子小火40分钟



  1. 然后放入土豆块再炖20分钟,放入木耳,青菜至软即可(我额外放了一些干豆腐丝)翻炒均匀就可以
