这个照烧鸡腿饭的做法是我一直以来用的方法,做起来也得心应手,非常省时省力,提前把鸡腿腌制好,做的时候只要十几分钟就搞定了,搭配西兰花和胡萝卜,荤素搭配,又快手又营养,最关键的是味道特别好,搭配香喷喷的大米饭,个人感觉跟吉野家的照烧鸡腿饭没有太大区别,甚至味道上更胜一筹,喜欢照烧味的小伙伴千万不能错过,强烈推荐试一试

快手照烧鸡腿饭,无技巧超简单,十五分钟上桌,百分百还原吉野家的做法
- 首先来处理一下鸡腿,因为鸡腿肉要提前腌制1小时入味儿,如果时间充裕可以放入冰箱中冷藏腌制一晚,第二天用就更加入味儿啦,我用的鸡腿是手枪腿,比较大,如果一个人吃也可以用琵琶腿,处理方法是一样的,先把鸡腿肉去骨,带皮放入碗中,加入“腌制鸡腿”中的味极鲜,料酒,蚝油,糖,盐等调料,抓匀腌制1小时以上
- 准备大米,淘洗干净,蒸米饭,好的大米做出的饭超级香~
- 腌制鸡腿的时间可以用来处理配菜,我用的蔬菜是胡萝卜和西兰花,也可以根据个人口味换成其他蔬菜,将西兰花掰成小朵洗净,胡萝卜去皮后切成薄片
- 锅中烧开水,将胡萝卜和西兰花放入锅中焯烫3分钟,焯熟后捞出放入小碗,加少量盐拌匀备用,也可以最后直接摆在米饭上,个人比较喜欢清淡,所以都是焯熟以后直接用的
- 锅中倒入少量底油,加热后放入腌制好的鸡腿,转小火,慢慢煎制,可以利用铲子等工具将鸡腿反复下压,翻面,直到鸡腿肉煎熟,用不粘锅一般不会糊底,大约7-8分钟,因为鸡腿大小也有差异,所以这个时间仅供参考
- 鸡腿基本煎熟以后加入照烧汁,两面再各煎半分钟即可,照烧汁如果买的合适,味道和外面买的照烧鸡腿饭的味道其实是一样的

- 在盘中准备米饭,如果想做造型,可以像我一样先把米饭盛放在小碗中,压实,然后倒扣在盘内即可
- 最后把煎制好的鸡腿肉切成条,摆在米饭上,把西兰花和胡萝卜也摆放在表面即可,在最上面撒一些黑芝麻就更加好看啦
