技能和经验：
Required education level：
Bachelor degree or equivalent in social sciences, communications, marketing, business administration, economics, gender studies, or other relevant field.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum years of experience: 1 years;
At least 1 years of progressively responsible experience in providing support to the formula-tion and implementation of internal and external communications and advocacy strategies and related plans;
Experience in the use of computers applications and software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) as well as web based management systems;
Experience in the use of social media and digital communication.
