特邀嘉宾/Guest Speaker |Anthony J. Nyberg

Anthony J. Nyberg 博士是南卡罗来纳大学达拉摩尔商学院的J. Henry Fellers管理学教授,并担任高管继任研究中心的学术主任。他曾任管理学系主任、美国管理学会人力资源分会主席,以及战略管理学会战略人力资本研究方向的负责人。Nyberg教授的研究聚焦于“组织如何通过人才竞争取胜”,尤其是薪酬在吸引、培养和保留人才(包括高管)中的战略作用。其成果发表于顶级学术期刊,并担任《美国管理学会期刊》副主编。他长期与企业高管(尤其是CHRO)合作,将学术洞察融入商业实践。Nyberg博士曾获美国管理学会“早期职业成就奖”等多项荣誉,其研究被《哈佛商业评论》、CNBC和《时代》杂志等广泛报道。他拥有威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校博士学位、杜兰大学MBA学位,以及圣约翰学院的哲学与数学学士学位。在进入学术界之前,他曾任国际金融服务公司管理合伙人,并拥有调解与仲裁资质。

Anthony J. Nyberg is the J. Henry Fellers Professor of Management and Faculty Director of the Center for Executive Succession at the Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina. He previously served as department head of the Management Department and was Chair of the HR Division of the Academy of Management and the Strategic Human Capital track of the Strategic Management Society. Nyberg’s research focuses on how organizations compete through people, particularly the strategic role of pay in attracting, developing, and retaining talent, including top executives. His work appears in leading academic journals, and he served as an associate editor for the Academy of Management Journal. He frequently engages with executives, especially CHROs, bridging academic insights with business practice. He has received multiple awards for research, teaching, and service, including the Academy of Management’s Early Career Achievement Award. His research has been featured in Harvard Business Review, CNBC, and Time Magazine, among others. Nyberg holds a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, an MBA from Tulane University, and a B.A. in Philosophy and Mathematics from St. John’s College. Before academia, he spent nine years as a managing partner in an international financial services firm and was a licensed mediator and arbitrator.

姜铠丰,北京大学讲席教授,目前就职于北京大学光华管理学院组织与战略管理系。他博士毕业于美国罗格斯大学管理与劳动关系学院人力资源与产业关系专业。曾分别在美国圣母大学门多萨商学院和美国俄亥俄州立大学费舍尔商学院担任过助理教授,副教授、教授和杰出教授的职位。他的主要研究兴趣是战略人力资源管理,曾在国际顶级管理学期刊上发表过40多篇学术论文,并主编过两本英文论文合集,是从事该领域研究的最活跃和被引用最多的学者之一,他在过去四年(2021-2024)连续入选斯坦福大学评选的全球前2%的科学家名单。2018年他获得美国管理学会人力资源分会早期职业生涯成就奖。他还在2018和2021年两次获得国际劳动和雇佣关系协会Luis Aparicio职业成就荣誉奖。他是Personnel Psychology,Human Resource Management, 以及International Journal of Human Resource Management期刊副主编,并担任9个国际顶级管理学期刊的编委。他从2021-2027年担任美国管理学会人力资源分会的联席主席。2024年获评美国工业与组织心理学会会士。

Kaifeng Jiang is the Peking University Chair Professor of Organization and Strategic Management at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Previously, he served as a Professor of Management and Human Resources at the Fisher College of Business and was a core faculty member of the Translational Data Analytics Institute (TDAI) at The Ohio State University. He has also held positions as an Associate and Assistant Professor of Management and Organization at the Mendoza College of Business, University of Notre Dame, for four years. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Rutgers University, and both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Human Resource Management from Renmin University of China. Kaifeng's research focuses on strategic HRM, organizational climate, and work teams. With over 40 articles published in leading management journals, he is among the most productive scholars in the field of strategic HRM in the past decade.
