2月25日，@乐视视频 就《甄嬛传》被侵权发布声明，称社交平台上有账户宣传、销售与《甄嬛传》作品高度相似或关联的产品——息肌丸。
乐视视频表示：“我司与该方从未建立任何形式的合作关系，亦未授权其使用我司知识产权（包括商标、设计、生产、销售衍生品内容等）进行商业活动。”
其喊话售卖息肌丸的店铺：“立即停止所有侵权行为，下架并销毁侵权产品；删除一切与我司及该衍生品相关的虚假宣传内容；自本声明发布之日起3个工作日内联系我司协商处理事宜。”
LeTV addressed the unauthorized use of their intellectual property in connection with the TV series Empresses in the Palace on Tuesday. They highlighted the sale of a product called xijiwan on social platforms without their consent. LeTV emphasized that no collaboration exists with these sellers and demanded an immediate halt to the infringement. They urged the removal and destruction of infringing products, deletion of misleading promotional content, and requested the involved parties to initiate negotiations within three working days.
据了解，《甄嬛传》剧中提到的息肌丸号称可使人“肌肤胜雪、身量轻盈”，但该物含有麝香，是一种损害生育功能的药物。
据九派新闻消息，@乐视视频 声明中提及的两个账号均在宣传售卖“息肌丸”产品。其中，某平台的“息肌丸”产品售价268元起，已售1.1万单；另一平台的“息肌丸”产品售价258元，目前已经下架。

早有网友自制息肌丸
专业人士：存在安全风险
事实上，早在去年年初，自制欢宜香、复刻息肌丸的帖子，就曾在网络引发热议。
有购买息肌丸的网友称，自己使用后气血充足、皮肤变得粉白透亮，但也有人表示自己用了几颗后肚脐眼痒，还有更多网友在各种经验帖、用后分享帖的评论区观望、犹豫。

Some online users who bought it reported increased vitality and fairer skin, while others experienced navel itching after a few pills. 一家售卖自制古方息肌丸的商家客服曾表示，店铺内售卖的息肌丸配方与《甄嬛传》中的配方有些许不同，是修改过的，但效果一样。
该客服声称，使用息肌丸后可以通过调理身体达到美白瘦身、皮肤紧致有弹性的效果，体重基数较大的人掉秤快（体重下降明显），还能使肌肤柔软有香味。
当被询问怀孕是否能用时，上述客服才表示，即便是不含麝香的版本，配方中的药材也有活血的功效，孕妇不能使用。
A customer service representative from a store selling homemade xijiwan said that while the formula differs slightly from the one in Empresses in the Palace, the effects are similar. Xijiwan can help with whitening, slimming, and skin tightening. However, pregnant women should avoid it due to the blood circulation-promoting effects of the herbal ingredients, even in versions without musk.
对于曾在网上热销的“息肌丸”，湖北中医药大学药学院副研究员、硕士生导师刘丹表示，息肌丸是否有减肥养颜的效果，不能武断地下结论。从组方中的药味来看，应该是具有一定的养颜作用，但是各个药味的用量、用药形式有待研究考证。
刘丹还提醒，从药物研发的角度讲，所有未获得药品批号的药物都是假药，都存在安全风险。电视剧是一种艺术形式，传递的更多是艺术欣赏，其科学性、安全性和有效性得不到保障。因此，不推荐根据电视剧的配方进行自制药物。
Expert warns that unlicensed medications pose safety risks. TV dramas prioritize artistry over scientific validity, safety, and efficacy. Therefore, crafting homemade drugs based on TV show formulas is discouraged.
