北京时间2月17日，国内媒体《足球》报发文谈到了新赛季中超外援及归化球员、港台球员的数量情况。
据足球报介绍：2025赛季冬窗中超16队新引进外援人数为37人，接近外援总数的一半，而归化球员与港台球员也成为新热点。

归化球员方面，除了两大目标塞尔吉尼奥和奥斯卡，还有侯永永、德尔加多、李可、杨明洋和申花引进的斯洛文尼亚混血中锋王汉龙等。
如果已是自由身的阿兰和费南多新赛季还能在中超找到下家，归化球员的人数将更多。
港台球员方面，目前数量已经达到12名，创中超历史纪录。其中，冬窗新加盟的港台球员就有3人，全部是中国香港球员。他们分别是中国香港与法国混血边锋李小恒（山东泰山）、左后卫孙铭谦（天津津门虎）以及攻击中场黄皓隽（青岛海牛）。
