漂浮于天地之间，根植于大地之上。在长江以南、太湖之滨，坐落着龙城常州——这座拥有3200多年历史的江南文化旅游名城。其气候湿润，水土肥沃，自古以来便是盛产水稻的佳地。南宋诗人陆游途经常州奔牛闸时，为孟河两岸金黄水稻的美景所倾倒，遂写下“苏常熟，天下足”的赞誉。如今，常州孟河畔的东南村不仅依旧保有“稻香美景”，更因稻田里种出的“江苏最好吃的大米”而声名远扬。

In the south of the Yangtze River, on the shore of Taihu Lake, lies the dragon city Changzhou, a famous cultural tourism city in southern China with a history of more than 3,200 years. With its humid climate and fertile soil, it has been a good place for rich rice since ancient times. When Lu You, a poet of the Southern Song Dynasty, passed through Benniu Gate in Changzhou, he was overwhelmed by the beautiful scenery of golden rice on both sides of the Menghe River and wrote down the praise of "Su Changshu, the foot of the world". Today, Dongnan Village on the banks of the Meng River in Changzhou not only retains the "beautiful scenery of rice fragrance", but also enjoys the reputation of "the most delicious rice in Jiangsu" grown in the paddy fields.

稻田理想是隐居乡里入驻华东地区首个在地共生项目，第二十个乡村改造项目，由常州美丽壹号乡村实业投资有限公司投资开发，隐居乡里负责设计运营的高端精品民宿，也是常州东南村“美丽乡村建设”的一个重要组成部分。开业当天，民宿还将举办以“‘呆村里’——寻找100个返乡创业青年”为主题的沙龙活动，并邀请中国农村发展研究专家、非遗代表性传承人、知名民宿品牌创始人、文创意见领袖等多位行业大咖，围绕乡村产业发展、乡村人才创业、乡村特色挖掘等话题展开深度讨论。

On the opening day, B&B will also hold a salon activity with the theme of "Staying in the Village" - Looking for 100 Returning entrepreneurial youth, and invite many industry giants such as China's rural development research experts, representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage, founders of well-known B&B brands, and cultural and creative opinion leaders. The topic of rural industry development, rural talent entrepreneurship, rural characteristics mining and other topics were discussed in depth.

一、常州 · 稻田理想

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

项目与高铁常州北站相距20公里，驾车前往大约需要半小时。其距离常州奔牛国际机场10公里，车程约15分钟。该项目的交通十分便捷发达，辐射范围涵盖南京、苏州、无锡、上海、杭州等江浙沪周边城市。东南村是常州市“新农村建设示范村”。在这里，家家户户都依水而居，鱼米相伴。在繁华喧嚣的都市之外，它独守着一方静谧安逸。村民们的衣食起居皆与村里的水土紧密相连。每到春天，村里两千亩田地上，油菜花竞相绽放，宛如一张巨型花毯铺展在一望无际的田野之上。稻田理想精品民宿由四座独栋小院和一间咖啡厅组成。小院前是农家鱼塘，房屋草木倒映其中。小院旁则是葱茏繁茂的草坪绿树。清晨时分，阳光穿过树枝，透过薄雾，洒在墙壁屋檐上，光影斑驳，星星点点，自然而然地渲染出小桥、流水、人家般的诗意乡村生活意境。

The project is 20 km away from Changzhou North Railway Station, which takes about half an hour by car. It is 10 km from Changzhou Benniu International Airport and takes about 15 minutes by car. The transportation of the project is very convenient and developed, and the radiation scope covers Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Shanghai, Hangzhou and other cities around Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. Dongnan Village is Changzhou City "new rural construction model village". Here, every family lives by water, accompanied by fish and rice. Outside the bustling city, it stands alone in a quiet and comfortable place. The villagers' food, clothing and daily living are closely related to the soil and water in the village. Every spring, the village 2,000 acres of fields, rapeseed flowers bloom, like a giant carpet spread in the endless fields. The Ideal Boutique Inada Homestay consists of four individual courtyards and a cafe. In front of the small yard is the farm fish pond, the house grass and trees reflected in it. Next to the small yard are luxuriant lawns and trees. In the early morning, the sun passes through the branches, through the mist, sprinkling on the walls and eaves, the light and shadow mottled, the stars, naturally rendering the small bridge, the water, the poetic rural life of people.

将自然景观和建筑设计完美融合。波浪形屋顶，南北向错动形成了一个天际线丰富的小型建筑群落，从远处看就像一本本扣立在稻田上的书本，白墙青瓦连绵起伏，光影交错相互辉映。简单曲线分割，错落有序布局，将院子自然形成了前、中、后三进院落。远观，与乡村小桥、流水和谐相处。入院，移步换景，处处皆写意。庭院为天井围屋设计，长条弧形的天井，将阳光雨露、日月星辰自然倾洒于庭院。院内还种有一棵绿树向上而生，一年四季与院子同呼吸共“生长”。拾级而上，置身楼梯、走廊或卧室观景窗，每一个角度都能看到不一样的景致。

The perfect combination of natural landscape and architectural design. The wavy roof, moving from south to north, forms a small community of buildings with rich skyline. From a distance, it looks like a book standing on a rice field, with white walls and green tiles rolling, and light and shadow alternating with each other. Simple curve division, scattered orderly layout, the yard naturally formed the front, middle and back three courtyards. From a distance, it can live in harmony with rural Bridges and flowing water. Admission, change of scenery, everywhere is freehand. The courtyard is designed for the courtyard house. The long arc courtyard will naturally pour the sunshine, rain, sun, moon and stars into the courtyard. There is also a green tree in the courtyard that grows upward and breathes with the yard all year round. Climb up the stairs, in the hallway or bedroom picture window, each Angle can see a different view.

毗邻广袤田园最近的房子，是稻田理想西侧宽敞明亮的稻田咖啡厅。门前一条小路伸向稻田深处，旁边是绿地草坪。格子镂空墙，阳光穿过墙体，透过玻璃窗照在咖啡桌上，氤氲的咖啡香味，伴着屋檐上叮叮当当的悦耳风铃声，为你营造恬淡的午后时光。

The nearest house adjacent to the vast countryside is the spacious and bright Rice Field Cafe on the ideal western side of the rice field. In front of the door, a path runs deep into a rice field, next to a green lawn. Lattice hollow wall, sunlight through the wall, through the glass window shines on the coffee table, dense coffee smell, accompanied by the eaves of the pleasant wind ringing, for you to create a quiet afternoon time.

二、室内美学

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

古民居的建筑风格，白墙黑瓦，简直就是画中的江南。独栋院落、四合院以及二层阁楼的设计，住进去仿佛自己就是江南水乡的诗人！

The architectural style of the ancient folk houses, with white walls and black tiles, is simply the Jiangnan in the painting. The design of single-family courtyard, quadrangle courtyard and second-floor attic makes you feel like a poet in Jiangnan water town!

顶楼儿童小阁楼，大部分采用原木装饰，城堡一样建在屋顶。还有一面180°的透明观景窗，无论是登高看远景，还是和孩子一起阅读、游戏，都充满趣味。

The children's small attic on the top floor, mostly decorated with logs, is built on the roof like a castle. There is also a 180° transparent picture window, whether it is climbing to see the vista, or reading and playing with children, it is full of fun.
