贺兰山东麓的得天独厚的自然条件，吸引了国内头部民宿品牌大乐之野在此投资建设夏多兰酒庄。经过三年精心打造，酒庄占地200亩，年产葡萄酒40吨。其创新之处在于对传统葡萄酒产业的升级与改造，将葡萄酒产业与民宿、旅游等多元化发展，吸引了大量客群来到葡萄酒原产地，领略蓝天白云、星空天籁之美，形成了一个完整的产业链条。自开业以来，共接待客人4000人次，平均入住率约为60%，其中90%的客群是年轻人。

After three years of careful construction, the winery covers an area of 200 acres and produces 40 tons of wine annually. Since its opening, it has received 4,000 guests with an average occupancy rate of about 60%, 90% of whom are young people.

酒庄的设计理念巧妙融合了现代美学与葡萄酒文化，打造出一种独特的“民宿+酒庄+定制”体验模式。外观简约而优雅，与周围的自然环境和谐相融；内部则洋溢着浓厚的艺术氛围，每一个细节都透露出匠心独运的精神，仿佛引领游客步入一个梦幻般的童话世界。“夏多兰”—宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产区的美誉，源自其古称“多兰”。民宿拥有地上建筑面积2495.8平方米，地下建筑面积565.2平方米。设计师匠心独运，将旧工厂车间焕新为环绕温室花园景观的客房及品酒大厅，餐厅则坐落于酒庄观景最佳处，让宾客在用餐时尽览贺兰山的壮丽风光；宾客可沉浸于蓝天白云、星空天籁之下，体验种植采摘、酿造品鉴的乐趣，享受休闲度假的全新酒庄生活方式，尽情品味美酒佳酿与自然和谐共生之美。

"Xia Dolan" - the reputation of the wine region at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia derives from its ancient name "Dolan". The property has an above-ground floor area of 2495.8 square meters and an underground floor area of 565.2 square meters. The designer has transformed the old factory workshop into rooms and wine tasting halls surrounded by conservatory garden views. The restaurant is located in the best view of the winery, allowing guests to enjoy the magnificent scenery of Helan Mountain while dining. Guests can immerse themselves in the blue sky, white clouds and the sound of the starry sky, experience the fun of planting, picking, brewing and tasting, enjoy the new winery lifestyle of leisure and vacation, and enjoy the beauty of harmonious coexistence between fine wine and nature.
